KnowWell ("we," "our," or "us") respects intellectual property rights and complies with copyright laws globally, including but not limited to the Singapore Copyright Act, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) in the United States, and other applicable international regulations.
This Copyright Complaint Procedure explains how copyright owners or their authorized agents can submit copyright infringement claims regarding content posted on KnowWell.

(A) Required Information for a Copyright Complaint

Identification of the Copyrighted Work
1.A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
2.If applicable, a copy of the original copyrighted work or a URL where it is legally available.
Identification of the Infringing Material
1.The specific URL(s) on KnowWell where the allegedly infringing material appears.
2.A description of how the content infringes your copyright.
A Statement of Good Faith
“I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
A Statement of Accuracy
“The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive copyright that is allegedly infringed.”
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

Review Process & Removal of Infringing Content
Upon receiving a valid copyright complaint, KnowWell will:
1.Acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 5 business days.
2.Review the claim and verify the alleged infringement.
3.If the complaint is valid, remove or disable access to the infringing content.
If the complaint is incomplete or invalid, KnowWell may request additional information from the complainant before proceeding.
Limitation of Liability & False Complaints
KnowWell is not liable for any mistaken or fraudulent copyright complaints. Submitting a false claim may result in legal consequences.
Any person who knowingly misrepresents that content is infringing may be held legally responsible for damages, including court costs and attorney’s fees.
